We accept returns only under the following conditions:
Product received is damaged during transit
Product received is defective or not working
Wrong product delivered
Product missing parts or accessories
Change of mind after purchase
Incorrect product ordered by customer
Minor scratches or packaging damage that does not affect product functionality
Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
Electrical products installed without proper technician supervision (if required)
To initiate a return:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send an email or contact us with:
Order number
Invoice copy
Clear photos or video of the damaged/defective product
Our team will verify and respond within 2–3 working days.
Failure to report within 48 hours may result in rejection of the return request.
Returned items must:
Be unused and in original condition
Include original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories
Not show signs of installation or usage (unless defective)
We reserve the right to reject returns if the product does not meet these conditions.
Once approved, we will arrange pickup (if applicable).
In certain cases, customers may be required to ship the product to our Nashik address.
Proper packaging is the responsibility of the customer to avoid further damage.
Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days after product inspection.
Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Payment gateway charges (if applicable) may be deducted.
Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
Replacement will be provided only for defective or damaged items.
Replacement is subject to stock availability.
If replacement is not available, refund will be issued.
Products covered under manufacturer warranty should be claimed directly through authorized service centers (if applicable).
Warranty does not cover:
Physical damage
Water damage (unless product is designed for water use)
Electrical voltage fluctuations
Improper installation
Unauthorized repairs
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 working days.
The following items are non-returnable:
Custom or special-order products
Installed pumps or motors
Products damaged due to improper electrical connection
Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)
AKON INDIA SALES CORPORATION shall not be responsible for:
Installation charges
Labor charges
Business losses due to product failure
Delays caused by courier services
